Currently, we are only in-network with Aetna, although we are looking to contract with other insurances soon.
We also accept most other insurances out of network.
Generally, the only insurance that we are not currently able to process are medicare or medicaid based plans.

We do offer brief phone consultations, reach out today and we can start the intake process to get you chatting with one of our therapists as soon as possible.

Session costs depend on the individual provider’s rates and the exact service provided. Please reach out directly and we can discuss your needs further.

We have a limited capacity for sliding scale rates, although our business model will expand on this in the future. Let us know if you would like to join our waitlist for sliding scale clients.

Every client’s needs are unique, but we have found that most clients respond best clinically to weekly sessions. For this reason, we ask clients to initially commit to weekly sessions unless otherwise discussed directly with your therapist.

A good way to answer this is to consider where you find the current source of your distress. Individual therapy is a great option for most clients, focusing on distress that you feel personally. Relationship therapy is a good option for any couple or group who is seeking help with distress felt in their relationship, be it a sexual relationship or not. Alternatively, sex therapy is focused on sexual issues which are causing distress for you or those you may be in a relationship with as well.

Sex therapy is often billed the same way that individual therapy would be billed, so your insurance should cover it in a similar way.

Currently we do not offer somatic sex therapy as part of our sex therapy program.

Yes! All our therapists are capable of providing the required assessments and documentation for gender affirming medical procedures. Our therapists practice an affirming approach to the needs of our gender diverse clientele, educated on the latest standards and practices set by WPATH.

While we fully understand the desire to find a therapist who you may have shared life experience, we legally cannot disclose the sexuality or gender identity of our employees beyond what they personally wish to disclose publicly.
